I'm a Warsaw-based data and analytics leader with a track record of building high-performing teams and delivering data-driven strategies for Fortune 500 clients. My work spans real estate, legal, insurance, and e-commerce industries.

Most recently as Data & Operations Senior Manager at Linklaters, I scaled a newly created Data & Operations Hub from 7 to 17 members in six months, delivering client intelligence supporting over $3B in annual revenue.

Previously at JLL, I led global BI delivery for top-tier clients including Amazon and Google, managing teams of 20+ and driving $8M+ in annual analytics revenue.
